They were polite, quick and left with the carpets barely damp. The cleaning was excellent! I will definitely hire them again.

The people at their office (on the phone) are awesome. The young men that performed the work did a good job. Call me old fashioned, but their attitude (the workers) was so “millennial”, meaning entitled and kind of like if they were doing you a favor for which they were not getting paid. They were young and perhaps “in training” with lots of room for improvement in their customer care skills.

The owner returned my call promptly. He and his assistant were very pleasant. They placed the rugs back on the floors. I would recommend them to all my friends.

Fast! Love that they charge by the square foot rather than by the room! Saved a lot since my house is more of a cottage!

Both Scott and Russel were friendly and professional. I was very pleased with the work done. We apparently had a miscommunication. I expected them at 9 am, but by 9:20 I had to leave for a medical appointment. It seemed that they had 9:30 as the appointment time. They did not arrive until about 9:40, saying they had an problem with their truck.
