On time. Excellent service. Parts had to be ordered, he gave me an approximate time when he would receive the parts and the repair could be made. He replace the "boot" on my front loading washing machine. The old "boot" was difficult for him to remove. The new "boot was even more difficult to remove and replace. Knowing this was taking more time than usual, he remained calm and focused, giving me an almost new washing machine. I will definitely recommend him and use him again

The repairman contacted me right away and came when he said he would and fixed my refrigerator. This was on 7/12 and it is now 7/24 still working well w/ no problems.
