I needed a dryer repair. I had the issue diagnosed & got parts from amazon. I shared the infor w/ William & stated clearly I am trying to save money on the repair. He quoted a reasonable price. He showed up on time. Worked efficiently. Examining the parts from amazon we realized the bearings made noise out of the bag. I told him to continue with replacing the parts. He shared parts from Amazon aren't the best. He added some grease to the new bearings to improve the spin & decrease any noise. The dryer is less screechie but still noisier than I like. With the previous diagnosis, parts, & his charge I have $270 in the repair. The initial estimate from Sears was $500+, which I could replace the machine for that. William was considerate & discounted his fee a little which I appreciate. I learned a few things from this repair. Find a William & let them take care of the issue. Had I allowed him to do it all I would have come out with a warranty of the work done and likely better parts.

Michael was very knowledgeable about washers and dryers. He quickly found the problem and was able to give a quote to repair our washer. It was worth the cost of the service call to make a good decision on whether to fix the problem on a 9-year-old washer or decide to purchase a new one.

He found out that the problem was the computer and to replace it would be the same price as getting a new one. We appreciate him.

Will was the first one to contact me back in regards to giving me a quote to fix my dryer. He was able to give me a rough idea before he came out on what it could possibly be and what it would cost. He showed up on time diagnosed the problem, gave me the quote first and got approval to go ahead and fix it. And when he left, there was no mess left behind and dryer is working properly. Communication was perfect. I would definitely hire him again.

Problem: Freezer temp @ 20%F. Berne serviceman defrosted freezer coils, he cleaned a bit in the rear of the fridge, he replaced the defrost heater assembly, charged me $340.00 & left after one hour. I was an industrial machine repairman before I retired. I used my Fluke meter & ohmed the old heater assembly & found it to be good. It should not been replaced. The freezer problem was not solved, continued @ 20%F. Two days later, I had a serviceman from a different company. He defrosted freezer coils and added freon to the system. charged $220.00 & left after one hour. Problem solved, freezer temp dropped to 0%F.

We had Will Matos, the owner of this small company, come out to diagnose the problems with my refrigerator and built in double ovens. They both were old, and I needed to see it was worthwhile to fix them, or would it be better to replace them. Parts were not available for the refrigerator ice maker that was causing the problem. So we had him fix it so it made ice, but we had to make it so we could no longer get ice through the door, but had to open the freezer door and take the ice from the storage bin. Not ideal, but the alternative was replaced the refrigerator'. Next he checked out the loud noise coming from the bottom oven. Turned out it was the fan, but again the unit was too old for parts to me available. So our choice is to live with the noise and replace the entire unit. We decided to replace the built-in ovens which would cost at least $1200.00. However, after Will finished checking out the fan and was fixing to leave, we turned on that oven and the fan stopped making the no
