When a switch on our water heater failed due to fumes from our newly sealed hardwood floors, Tyrone C. came to the rescue. He quickly diagnosed the issue, knew exactly what was needed, and went out of his way to get the switch replaced and the unit running like new. Since our water heater is about ten years old, Tyrone also performed some routine maintenance to help ensure it continues working reliably for years to come. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, tidy, and very friendly throughout the process. We’re extremely satisfied with the service and will definitely use Fix-It 24/7 again! Thanks Tyrone.

Nicholas and Joshua reminded me why I stick with this company. They were personable, kind, professional young men who knew exactly how to deal with several types of plumbing issues. They found a way to repair two problems I was sure were going to require new fixtures. They also found ways to save me money. Very grateful.

I had 24/7 fix it come out to do a $38 furnace cleaning a person by the name of Victor Alvarez came highly professional very knowledgeable friendly honest and reliable he took my furnace apart did a 28 point inspection answered all my questions about the furnace from the very first phone call the company was very commutative and reliable I would definitely call them again

Their staff and installers are very professional and efficient. Do not get into a conflict with management and have to deal with them. They lost a check of mine that was in payment for the installation of a water heater eight months ago. First, they said that the check bounced, which it did not. Then they said the bank refused to cash it. They did not have a check number. Then they found the check number that I wrote out to them eight months ago but they really could not answer what happened. They are now telling me, while I was in the midst of researching this, that they are sending me to collections. The manager would not even get on the phone with me.

Adam was amazing. All the above ratings are on him as a tech. He did a thorough job cleaning my furnace & AC unit today. I saw the before & after so I know itâ s true. Heâ s the best tech thatâ s ever come out to do that job. He also took care of an issue Iâ ve had with a different dept for over a year!! I couldnâ t believe it. Even the owner couldnâ t fix it. And Adam is very well-mannered & pleasant which is always appreciated.

Hired to gut and replace my furnace, A/C, and piping system. They did a fantastic job, very clean, very professional, very fast, installed a wonderful new system that meets code and actually improved space usage in my basement. While some of the upsells may not be quite worth it, time will tell on that, overall I'd highly recommend their services.

They lied to me. Show me pictures of carbon build up on a furnace with 4 burners. Mine has 5 burners and no carbon buildup. I insisted on parts to fix furnace - they were going to charge me $1400 for parts that cost less than $150 locally. Insisted that I needed a new furnace for $6100. Ordered and installed new parts - furnace in now operational. I will not recommend - Home Advisor should be embarrassed for recommending them

job to replace electrical panel completed at time, but when city inspector found same fixes what need to done. Call Will many times, he promise show up and fix, but did not, hire other person to finish. Worse customer service and warranty

We brought them out to bid on replacing the unit. Shane was amazing and wanted to check the existing system out first. He felt existing system did not need replaced and conducted just necessary repairs on the unit, saving us thousands. Shane's knowledge and professionalism will make us recommend Fix-It 24/7 to all our friends. He was the best!!!!!!

The guy came out the same morning we called them, and figured out the problem in a few minutes. He replaced the needed part, we paid him what, as far as I know, seemed a reasonable fee. It seems to be working fine so far.

Dave and Charley were great. We were initially looking to get our airflow problems corrected. In going through this, Charley discovered an issue with our AC. So I asked for a separate quote for AC options. When I was presented with the 3 options, there was a line to fix the furnace and one for a new AC unit. I called and asked for a breakdown on what was included in each. Come to find out the furnace line was not just for fixing our furnace issue, it included doing the AC at the same time. It is winter and we want our airflow problem fixed now and possibly get a new AC down the road. But I have not heard back and it has been almost a week. It is disappointing because I really liked them but I do think they are a little too high.

Chris came out on a snowy Saturday morning and had the furnace working in no time. We were very pleased with the service we got. Will use them again if we have the need.

Sabrina and Paul are consummate professionals! Called them first thing in the morning on the day after xmas and they had my water heater fixed before noon! I fully recommend them! I would have paid double what they charged and Still feel like I got a great deal!

Fix-it 24/7 was helpful, generous with their time, and got the work done really fast! This was very appreciated because our furnace was out and...it was cold.
