I scheduled a dishwasher service appointment and provided my Alsip, IL address during the initial call. The appointment was confirmed and reconfirmed the day before. Two hours before the scheduled service window, the business canceled, saying the location was too far?despite having the address from the beginning. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and lost time. I cannot recommend this service based on reliability.

Wil is awesome! He came to my home to investigate a potential gas leak from my stove. He was prompt, friendly and he explained everything he was doing. I did have a leak and he fixed it with ease. I highly recommend him for any repairs you need.

WillFix Appliance was very professional in providing information and scheduling. Their technician, Kevin, arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly and got approval for replacing the failing part on the spot. He had the part on his truck and was able to replace it quickly, solving the problem. Explained what happened and what I can do to avoid future breakdowns. I would say, Kevin was very professional and I would recommend WillFix Appliance to anyone in the area.

I hired this company after reading few good review about Will. unforttunately he is not the one will come to your place depend on where you live, he will send a technician working in your area, Our technician Jolio said that the Control board need to be replaced which was very obvious. He charged us $300 for brand new part +$120 for labor and gave us $20.00 discount, so the total is $400.00. Checking the internet price the part was $198 and installtion is very simple. Jolio said may be it's refurbished however he did not present a receipt and gave us 6 month warranty, Called back Will and immediately return the call and he very nicely explained that the receipt will go to his account and the price he paid was over $200 for the fast service, that iwas acceptable to me and change the warranty to one year on part, but i would have felt better had that all was done by Jolio and the charges was more reasonable and were more nice

Will did a thorough inspection of our washer and was honest that he could replace parts but it might not fix the issue and it could cost as much as replacing it.

Carlos, the technician explained the problem and solution clearly. He then made the repair quickly and efficiently in a very courteous manner.

Very Knowledgeable, he was able to diagnose the issue quickly and fix it.

Hired to fix the dishwasher. Gave me estimate and said he have to order the parts. No news for almost 10 days, I had to call him back to remind that I am still waiting for him to come over to fix my dishwasher. He was able to come and d the repair in 24 hours.

BAD! The WillFix contractor stated I needed a new coil system for my GE refrigerator unit at a cost >$1,300. I found a local contractor who found found the freon leak, sealed it and refilled the refrigerant for less than $200. In my opinion the contractor was focused on selling not solving my problem at the lowest possible cost.

This repair seemed a little high priced. It was a switch of some type for a refrigerator. He was in and out in less than a half hour and it cost $250. Otherwise everything was good, he got here when he said he would and was knowledgeable about what was needed and it fixed the problem. Just felt it was a little on the high side.

Appointment was scheduled and Julio came out on time and diagnosed the problem with the ice maker. He quoted us the price of the parts and labor and then ordered parts and was back the next business day and fixed the problem. He was friendly neat thorough and quick as well as right on time.

Very impressed with knowledge and professionalism if Manny. Called several plumbing suppliers to get best price for part needed for washing machine. Was on time. Fixed machine and no problems since.

I had tried another repair service and they were late, not responsive and did not keep in touch. WillFix came out right away, ordered the parts and came back in 1 day right on time and fixed the problem. Julio was polite, neat, quick and communicated well. Best of all he fixed it first time.

When Kevin came to give me an estimate on my dishwasher, he was very honest about the price of the repair. However, it took too long for the part so we ended up just buying a new dishwasher.
