Brandon was on time (early). He sent a confirmation text prior to coming just to verify. I showed him where I wanted my dresser and he did the rest. He had everything he needed to do his job. My dresser doesn't wobble or lean. The drawers move in and out very smoothly. He didn't leave a mess behind. He even put my high heel chair together for me and it wasn't an original request. This was my first time using a 3rd party to find a professional. I was extremely nervous to invite a stranger into my Momâ s home (my most precious cargo!!). Brandon is so fair, responsive and professional that it made everything seamless. He makes you feel safe and at ease in your home. He went above and beyond providing great great service. He called about the job. Asked questions to make sure he had the correct expectations to provide the best possible service. He reached out the morning of our appointment to make sure that we were still on. He arrived on time. Brandon is extremely professional. He took his time to make sure the job was done. Also, he asked if there were any additional things that I need completed before leaving. He is very observant. He ended up completing 4-5 additional tasks. Things that I wasnâ t thinking of (hanging mirrors/fixing my bed). He also gave me some great home care advise. We shared a few laughs as well. He is so pleasant. We are so grateful for him.
