Fantastic service! Out of 3 inspections, FixItFrankie was the only one who got it right!!! Brandon was Very knowledgeable and found out we did not have a Freon leak! Everyone else said we did and they couldn't repair! They just wanted to sell us a whole new unit:( If your looking for Honest, Knowledgeable HVAC work, Brandon is your Guy!!!

HELP! I HAVE NO HEAT !!! I have rental properties in Idaho & I needed some help w/my HVAC System. I called 3 Big Name companies in the Valley & got estimates to “Fix my Problem”! & they would have someone out “right away”! All 3 told me my system was outdated & needed replaced. Costs ranged from $17k to $21k! I was at a X-mas party & someone told me about a Company called Fix-it-Frankie that had helped them out. I called & spoke with a guy named (I think) Brandon - WOW !! No script,no HURRY UP & SCHEDULE attitude just “Concern & we will “FIX-IT”! The next morning Ryan showed up & w/in 40 minutes it was fixed! 😊 No fear tactics,No heart attack prices just honest,friendly old fashioned service. He even put me on a Membership so this never happens again ! I give them 5 stars & will definitely call them again. Oh yeah-my total bill was less than $400 for everything ! Thx. Brandon & Ryan !

Fix It Frankie has come to my rescue again! They replaced my furnace & AC this fall, even though they still worked they were getting old. The other day, found out my Dad's furnace in Cascade completely died. I called John and he was on it. As soon as I could get the details to him he got me a quote. They are putting a new one in on Tuesday!!! These guys are the best!!!! I've already done the leg work for you.....And yes their price was better than the other 4 quotes!

These guys are awesome. My heater stopped working and they fixed it the same day. They didn't come out and tell me I needed a new system, like some other companies. The tech John who did the repair was professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and friendly. If your looking for a trustworthy company I highly recommend these guys.

Of course, my A/c failed on one of the hottest days in July. Frankie made it to my house in the afternoon the next day, not bad by any means knowing it is a busy time. Repair was quick as it was just the capacitor. Cost wise, a little high based on my neighbor that had same problem a few weeks ago. My bill was $450- (150 service call, 300 for capacitor) neighbors company charged $275 for same service. These capacitors only cost $20-30. Perhaps service tech was in a hurry and did not want to list the other categories such as diagnostic fee and repair labor and just added those costs to the part price.

These are the guy you can trust for you home HVAC inspection and repairs. We had another company do our inspection and they claimed our heat exchanger had cracks and would not pass our inspection. Fix it Frankie quote was over $1000 less for the replacement. I asked if he could show me the cracks from the picture that the other company sent me. He could not find any and the service technician Tyler was kind enough to take his time to pull things apart and show me. Be careful and get a second opinion on inspections and repairs.
