Derek was super. We had a hot water issue that only he could figure out. There was a bad mixing valve that had not been installed correctly on our Solar hot water. He was prompt, instructional, and super customer friendly. I would get him back here in a heartbeat.

Derek came over the same day I called looking for a price quote. He correctly diagnosed the problem and agreed to replace the in- ground pump immediately. No money down. Payment due after I was satisfied the work was complete. The price was fair. The work was professionally completed the same day. The Warranty information was clearly explained and documented. But more importantly, I had the confidence the entire water system had been tested and the bad pump was the only problem. Very honest contractor. Would highly recommend.

I was charged $250.00 for a $20.00 plumbing permit. Both repacement P traps/drains leaked badly after the install which costed over $400.

"I usually don't coment on here but I feel that this situation needs to be clarified. Mike was provided with a written quote the day before the job took place and agreed to the whole price including the permit fee. The permit did only cost $20 dollars but I had to take FULL responsibility for the entire plumbing job that was preformed by another person. This puts me and my company at great risk for somthing that I did not do. As for the leaks if Mike would have called me I would have fixed them right away but he never called the pipes did not leak when they were tested after we finished and left the job."

Derek responded promptly to my email and was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. He arrived on time, explained to me what he was going to do and answered all my questions. He also gave me some tips for preventing a recurrence of the problem. It wasn't cheap but I wouldn't hesitate to call on him again.

The plumber we contacted was able to come out to our home within a few hours of when our water heater failed and flooded our basement. He knew within a few minutes that the water heater would have to be replaced, not repaired and said he could have a new one out within a short time. However, since we already had a home improvement credit at a local retailer we said we would order the item through them and that's what we ended up doing. He was professional and thorough and I would definitely use him again for other projects.

Derek responded to my request.... literally within minutes of my on-line request. He arrived at our place that afternoon, explained the problem and resolved it quickly and efficiently. Derek took the time to answer our questions about several other concerns�and gave us some ideas for future changes. Derek is very pleasant to talk to; he has an easy manner and a quick smile. He seems very knowledgeable in his field and his rates were reasonable. We were very happy with Derek�who we now call �our new plumber�!

Derek called me promptly after I submitted the servicemagic request. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and provided a fixed price, and completed the work promptly and competently. He fixed a shower drain leak that a previous plumber had been unable to fix. While I did not get multiple quotes, I believe his prices are fair but not inexpensive.
