Horrible customer service! After installing my sprinkler system, I needed to make some changes to my system. I had to call Leland numerous times and leave tons of messages and he still wouldn't call me back. He finally picked up one time but then he made appointments and then never showed up. I waited around all day for him to show up and he never even called to let me know he wouldn't come. Very disappointing because he was very good before the install but I guess after he has your business he just doesn't care anymore! Now I am back at square one trying to find a sprinkler company that will actually show up.
Response from Fix It Remodelers, LLC
"I apologized to (consumer name withheld per their request) this morning via email and will do so by phone as well today. I was trying to get to as many jobs as possible before I left for vacation in June and I just did not get to (consumer name withheld per their request) job and I should have told him I couldn't do it. I feel horrible that I forgot about his request until just today when I read his review. I am contacting him today to see if he would still consider having us adjust his system. We are mostly an install only company however we do repairs and adjustments mainly for our customers. Last year we would not have done this type of work but I made a decision that this year we would set aside 2 days (Tuesday and Thursday) mainly just for follow-ups with customers we have installed systems. This was to be part of plan to build on our usually good customer service. We let (consumer name withheld per their request) down and I'm sorry."

Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System Installation
They showed up when they said they would and immediately started working. The crew was very professional and it showed in the job they did. After the install they turned the system on and checked every sprinkler head to make sure it was working properly. After they left the owner came by and showed how to operate the system and he also checked every zone to make sure everything was working right. This is a very good company if you need to have a sprinkler system installed.

We bid this work out and although Fix It Sprinklers was not the cheapest, we are extremely happy that we chose them to complete the installation of our new sprinkler system. They provided a design that we get to keep for reference and I have no doubt that Leland and his crew will continue to provide amazing "service after the sale". We would definitely refer them to a friend or neighbor!
