Reviews
Write a ReviewHired for curtain hanging. Will definitely use again. Very professional.
Jon was great! He worked on so many things that we've been meaning to get fixed, and it's like we have a new home. He replaced the rotten wood on a pillar outside, he reset a door that was askew and dragging, he removed and replaced the border around one of our closets, and he replaced some outdoor bulbs after repairing the light fixture. Great quality of work and he's such a nice guy!
Jon did a great job fixing our dryer vent
Jon was great! He knew how to do what I asked and even found that I had a problem I hadn’t noticed yet! He regrouped our shower, fixed my bedside nightstand lamp that had not been working for a loooonnnggg time. The lamp is probably 3and a half feet high. Another handyman said he couldn’t fix it! Anyway his price I think was fair and my shower is great and so is my lamp!!! Jon was friendly too, hardworking and on the dot coming on time to our house! Will call him again!!!
I have two stairways, he took one stairway down and in the process of putting the other one up he dag a hole in the wall and that was it. He told me he would put a trim but his nail guns wasn't working right so now there are some holes on the trim that I need to fix. He did put some stuff on the wall to fix it but he didn't finish it so now I have to texture and paint it or have somebody do it. We talked, he told me he didn't wanna do the other one anyways so we negotiated on the price this morning and I paid him that much money then he left.
This customer did not represent the situation fairly. He started by asking for a discount on the work before I even started the job. He unboxed the attic ladder and painted them without informing me that he was going to do that. That is not standard procedure. From the time I got there he and/or his two dogs were constantly in the way. I injured my back installing the first set and could not install the second. I offered this client a substantial discount for a 2x4 inch mark on the wall. He was rude to me and my assistant as we were trying to finish filling nail holes of the trim. His expectations were unrealistic.
John was highly professional. He arrived on time and completed the job. He was great and I would recommend him.
He was able to schedule our project right away, which we appreciated. His work was meticulous and everything was done right the first time. When we’re ready to tackle more on our repairs list, we’ll be calling him back.
Jon was awesome! He was punctual and completed all the work I requested within the timeframe scheduled. I will be using Fix it Right Guy for all of my home repair needs moving forward and would definitely recommend him!
John was professional and efficient. Would recommend him and hire him for other repairs.
Handled all my tasks just as I needed and offered suggestions too. Would use him again.
