Fix It Services

They over charged me. I paid $16,000 found out it couldn't been none for under $8,000. They told me it work take one to two days it took them 5 hours. Paid them in full after I paid them found out they didn't complete the whole job. Now I'm looking for another company to finish the work.

Firstly, they were able to make it out on short notice. Nathan was extremely polite and thorough, explaining all options in an easy to understand way. He suggested we may want to look into adding attic insulation based upon our needs and provided both a recommended company and a quote from them. Top notch.

I want to give a huge Shout Out to Fix it Services, specifically to Westin, Taylor, Kevin and the dispatch team for coming to our rescue. The modes older home I bought for my son and his mentally handicapped granddaughter in February developed a leak around the meter. On a Friday evening, the Gatesville water department came out and determined that it was not their issue because water was running through the meter and they turned off the water to the home, leaving my son and his mentally challenged granddaughter without water. I called around trying to find a plumber, and they were the only plumbing agency that returned my call: and did so within hours. They came out and quickly analyzed the situation, which was the 52 year old PVC waterline going from the meter to the house was the source of the leak. They gave me three choices and quotes for the respective repairs. I chose to replace the entire waterline due to it being 52 years old and I and I did not want another leak to fix as the line degraded. They quoted yesterday that they would be able to get to it in approximately a week. I explained that I had my son in a hotel, as he needed water to care for my granddaughters special needs. They then went above and beyond, surprised me and showed up today and replaced the line, and even did a few extra things above and beyond the contract scope. What an amazing team! We worked with Zack Matthews for an internal leaky pipe fix. We called at 8am after finding water in our closet, and he arrived same day at 10:30am and identified and fixed the issue quickly. While he was there, he also helped to fix a different issue on a bathroom sink, even though it wasn’t part of the original ask. Thanks Matthew!!

Only needed a small repair. Other plumbers were backed up 3 weeks. Fix It happened to have a cancellation and showed up in less than a hour after I called. Quick repair and I was back in business. Fast, friendly and reasonably priced.

Shawn did excellent work on repairing a leaking pipe. He came in the evening on Saturday and had to return on Sunday because it wasn't a straight forward repair. He was very pleasant and a hard worker.

Amazing crew who took the time to explain what they were doing, an estimate prior to any work done and amazing time turn around! Jordan and his apprentice Weston did an amazing job making sure everything worked as it should! Office staff was great at scheduling and understanding our needs. Can’t say enough great things about this company!

The employees are not concerned about the COVIC-19 virus, they did not wear masks while in my home. They were knowledgable and worked diligently to complete the repairs.
