Extremely thorough and honest. He could have had me convinced to buy a new unit but he was able to repair the a/c unit, and did inform me of a slow leak that did not pose a problem this was 2007. Now in 2010, just returned this week, for repair on a similar issue. Highly satisfied with the service.

They arrived 2 hours after I initially called them with my problem . I hear so many horror stories how people had to wait days, weeks for repairs. This was in the middle of a 95-100 degree week too!

They were quick and courteous. My daughter was at home in 100 degree heat with her son and it was 95+ degrees outside. They got the system going and helped me get a new one installed very quickly.

Excellent service. Answered any and all questions. Always responded within a timely manner. Very friendly and professional. I had a neighbor come by about a week after they finished, and I gave her their number. I can't say enough good things about these guys. They worked with me on all aspects, including financing. GREAT!!!!

Very good customer service. This company spent two days at our home replacing parts on our very old furnace. They went to great lengths travelling all over the DFW area to find these old hard to get parts and did not charge us any extra for all their extra time and effort. They really went above and beyond to get our heating system back up and running. Because of their great service we will use them in the near future when we replace our furnace.

The technician from A Advanced returned my after hours call very promptly. In the phone conversation he made the charges for an after hours service call very clear. He made sure he knew where I was located and gave me an estimated arrival time. He arrived at my home within the anticipated time in a uniform and identified himself before entering. He was professional in his demeanor as well as his approach to the job at hand. Gratefully, it was a minor problem that was easily resolved once he was able to diagnose it. He patiently answered my questions and described the problem and solution to my satisfaction. He even went the extra step of returning our tools from the furnace area for me. I would call A Advantage for service again and recommend to others.

While we decided to delay the installation of a new system due to costs, we will use A Adavanced A/C and Heat when we do. These guys are professional and HONEST. They have a great pricing scale that is more than competitive in the marketplace. They were great about explaining all of our options and helping us to make the right decision. This is a company you want to do business with!

Heat Pump Repair or Service
I called to have my heating and cooling system cleaned, as it smelled bad when switching from heat to AC or vice versa. The serviceman spent a long time in the attic cleaning the system and it is much better now. He appeared to be quite knowledgeable and suggested several other things that could be done if the cleaning did not fully fix the problem. I signed up for a twice yearly maintenance contract, which is very reasonably priced.

A Advanced A/C and Heat is an excellent company with qualified professionals who understand the customer's needs. Our upstairs unit was not working properly and I was prepared to purchase an entire new system, as the other companies recommended I do. Brian, the owner, spent a few hours diagnosing the problem and determined the only problem with the system was that it was missing 3 pounds of refridgerant. The previous company that serviced the system was unable to determine this simple problem. We plan to sign a service contract with A Advanced A/C and Heat so they can continue servicing our units for optimal usage.
