Jim Honeycutt is a fireplace professional in Charlotte, NC. Originally from Fort Mill, SC, he has been an area local with a few generations of family to prove. In addition to his business graduate degree, Jim was trained and certified by Heat and Glo, Heatilator, Fireside Hearth & Home as well as the National Fireplace Institute. He has 13 years in the industry and worked in many different positions throughout the industry.

Pro was personally neat and clean. Took care not to soil floor or furniture. Carefully explained what he was doing and answered my questions completely. We had a mix-up about the time of the appointment. I was not home when he first came so he left. He left a message for me. I was home by the time I thought the appointment was. I called and left a message. He returned when he had a break in his schedule. and was still personable.

"I hope if anyone has a bad or even indifferent experience with us then please let me know. My email is jim@fixmyfireplace. My goal is a satisfied customer with each and every visit. I believe in this case though 1.5 stars is an average of 4.5 stars for customer service and two "no stars" or "no answer" for quality and value. I don't know if HomeAdvisor rating system properly accounts for a "no answer." The comments don't seem to match the overall star rating. I hope they had a much better experience with us then the rating indicates."
