Joe, who is the G.C who manages the projects. He is professional, easy to talk to and very conscientious. He genuinely cares about customer satisfaction and goes the extra mile to make sure his customer's needs are met. His sub-contractors speak very highly of him. Joe is accessible and open to discuss any concerns a customer might have. He delivers Top-Notch Customer Service! His subcontractors were excellent. They called the day before they were scheduled, to introduce themselves and confirm that their time of arrival was good for the customer. They were professional, courteous, skilled and careful to clean up after they were done. Steven, who paints and repairs drywall, is a perfectionist. He did an outstanding job! I would not hesitate to recommend Fix My House to any family member or friend.

Mark is the cabinet guy and he is amazing. Joe is the g.c. and is also great. They could improve by increasing communication. We weren't living in the home during the remodel and it would have been nice to get more regular updates. Also, there were times they needed something from us (tile, appliance, etc.) But they only gave us a days notice. We have 4 small children and we can't just run out and grab something real quick. That was a bit frustrating. The work done is great though and we are very happy.

Fix My House and Fix My Kitchen and Bath did an excellent job, from the beginning design through to the completion. They made sure that every detail was perfect, including little things that we didn't even notice. They have the expertise, skills, and manpower to keep the project moving and to manage the project efficiently. Ours was a complex kitchen remodeling that involved everything: Floors, walls, cabinets, appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting. Their tradespeople were always on time, considerate, and skilled. The finished project looks beautiful.
