Heard a spring-like pop last night in the garage and immediately went to investigate. Noticed one of 2 springs had separated. This didn't allow the door to properly lift and close and I knew this was something that needed to be corrected ASAP. So I requested a quote from multiple businesses in the area. Nick from Fix&Roll Garage Doors was one of the first to respond with actual estimated pricing so I scheduled for his company to come out at their earliest convenience. Master Vlad came by a few hours later, inspected the issue at hand and quoted me a fair and competitive price. Vlad is definitely done this a few times as he did the repair in no time while also adjusting some other things to make sure the door was working properly. I would certainly contact them again if needed.

Wow! Vlad answered my request within minutes. He sent me an online estimate and scheduled an appointment the very same afternoon.. He started to work right away and completed the work within an hour. Incredibly fast, professional and hard working. Great price and service. I wish the other handymen and service guys in Valley were like him. I had an immediate need to get my garage door repaired. Vlad showed up the same day and completed the job. He was very professional and friendly. Professional....Fast Response....Quality Work.... I called FIX&ROLL Garage Doors on Monday and a workman was repairing my garage door opener on Tuesday morning at 8am. The workman was professional, punctuality, knowledgable, and carried the supplies I needed. The work was done efficiently and my door was working again in an hour. He cleaned and lubricated everything and even installed a lock in case the opener stopped working in the future.

CALL THEM FIRST! Their technician could have easily blown us off, but instead he fought rush hour traffic and came all the way out at 6 PM. He was professional, knowledgable and very nice. He fixed the door within minutes and charged me a VERY reasonable price. He could have talked me into purchasing a new motor and I would not have known the difference. Fix and Roll set up an appointment very fast from when I called. Tech Vlad diagnosed the issue right away. Gave us repair options & pricing on site. Preformed outstanding quality work/repair. He was able to install & replace the garage door opener SAME DAY! Vlad could NOT have been more EFFICIENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE and PROFESSIONAL! He is a great asset to the company... My garage door's springs failed, so I phoned Fix&Roll. I received a quote that was reasonable and in line with my expectations. On Friday, they called me fifteen minutes before the technician showed up. Vlad made sure my opener was shutting properly while he fixed the garage door.
