They were good, professional and on time when they did the job.

Original roof was placed late spring of 2017. I let them talk me into fixing my chimney crowns. They said they would be back to sand them smooth so they wouldn't look rough. The never returned. We just discovered a leak in the ceiling. I have called, left a voice message and sent an email to the company about getting this fixed under the warranty. They have not responded to either.

Do not hire!

Did not do the professional job he promised to do. Did not return repeated phone calls over a period of months. He records customer conversations which means he received all calls. I paid $9,336 to repair two roofs that both still leak badly.

Initial service was excellent. Quality of the job was excellent. The customer service after job was completed was 1 star because the business did not respond to many calls and text to check out a new leak.

They dod a great job very fast.

DUE TO RAINY WEATHER THEY WERE DELAYED STARTING BUT WHEN POSSIBLE THEY CAME AND DID A SATISFACTORY JOB

Fix a known leak-7 tiles needed to removed to find and fix the leak. The tiles were not put back in place after the leak was fixed and were left stacked on the roof. Cracked and broken tiles were supposed to be fixed. Some cracked tiles were fixed by some form of caulking. No broken tiles were fixed. Bart said he had a process to fix and form broken tiles so no new tiles were needed. The workers broke many tiles while walking on them. One tile was so badly broken the workers hid it by covering it with one of the displaced tiles moved while fixing the leak. All penetrations of pipes, vents and skylights were to be re-done using cement (mud), smoothing, sealing and painting as common by builders and professional roofers. Work by this roofer was shoddy and incomplete. The cement appears to have been applied by hand, rough, unsealed and unpainted. The top level roof could not be inspected by me because of the difficulty most senior citizens would have accessing the level. Garbage such as paint pans, paint rollers, paint cans, brushes and a large stirring rod were left on the roof or thrown on the lawn after the work was completed along with pop cans and soda cups left in nooks and crannies. Discarded roofing materials, gravel and loosed stucco were left behind on the ground on one side of the house. So if you are a senior citizen be ready to clean up after this bunch and trust them to work on areas you can't inspect. I found the work to be shoddy, unprofessional and unsupervised by Bart. I sent a letter to Bart at his business address on the card he left detailing my complaints and asking him to call me. Of course he did not respond. Customers (especially seniors) should be sure there is someway to verify the work was actually completed to satisfaction. Possibly before and after photos or else just take your chances. The integrity of this company is truly in question. NJS

I had 4 leaks. The major leak was never repaired. He only recoated the pipes skylights and firewalls. The 4th leak was not near any of these places. Since he guaranteed what was done I have been calling for 4 months and he has made 2 appointments and never showed up. I still have hopes that he will show up.

Good business to engage. Very conscientious.

Looking for a less expensive way to repair my roof and the roofer recommended to me turned out to be a real professional. I'm very well satisfied especially with the cost of the repairs.

It's been hard to contact them. When I finally got to talk to someone we scheduled for a estimate. He got someone over that day and did the job. It went bad after we had strong winds gusts to about 30mph. The work that was done was peeling back. So tried to contact the company to take a look at it. He scheduled an appt and he was a no show. I called and left a VM. No call back so far. Not cool!now its raining. Go figure.

Economical professional and completed the job on schedule.

Bart came quickly, and did not require any money up front to repair my modified bitumastic flat roof. He worked with me to correct problems and made sure I was satisfied.

Bart Gorman called me less than an hour after receiving my HomeAdvisor contact info, said he was in the neighborhood, and asked if he could stop by to see what repairs were needed. We discussed service options and price. Total cost was less than a verbal estimate I had received from a different contractor. He returned a short time later with an assistant and completed the job; total time from initial phone contact to writing a check for payment was 2.5 hours!
