Jonathan is very detailed, punctual, and does a fantastic job. He's moderate on pricing; not the lowest, but not the highest and overall the work he does is worth it. He's very particular and doesn't cut corners. I'm a realtor and I always refer him to my clients. I've gotten great reviews on him from each client and every house that he's rehabbed for me that I've sold has gotten top dollar.
