This was the second time that I have used Fix- it Guys. The first time was for a dishwasher that he repaired very fast. Today was for a refrigerator. He immediately identified the problem and fixed it. Plus, Bill is the nicest guy that you would ever want to meet. 5 Star, for sure.

Bill was an exceptional appliance repair guy and handled a repair for my rental home. He was knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service from the time I booked over the phone until the repair on my washing machine was resolved. He even followed up to make sure everything was running as expected after he departed. Five stars for the Fix-It Guys!

They were unable to fix because the part was discontinued... I bought a new one. He discussed replacement washers and he was very helpful and he did not. I would definitely would call him again for appliance repair.
