Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
I had Steve come and change some doorl locks, which he did a good job on. I had him fix my sink and door lock on my sliding glass doors, which he also did a good job on. I had him caulk the sinks in the main bathroom and there's so much goo around the sinks. I called him and told him the problem. He said he would be back the following Monday but he never showed up. I have called him but he never returned my call.

Above all Steve showed up when he said he would. He helped me secure the correct unit for my door, and his price was very fair. The job is not yet compelted because the unit has not arrived yet from Anderson, but I'm sure when it does it will be completed quickely.

Laminate Countertops - Install
This was an average job.The contractor reschulded the first day and was late the second day.The countertop and sink installed were beautiful ,but the counter had some scratches on it.The contractor promised to send something to fix it,but I never received it.

Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
The door itself is satisfactory. Because Steve arrived two hours late I left for an appointment while he was still working. I hired a handyman because it is now hard for me to do the work myself. In spite of an average labor cost of about one hundred dollars an hour , I was left with a door and frame to paint, caulking inside and out to do ( daylight is visible from inside), a reinstalled stprm door which cannot be latched,and a pile of scrap wood in the front lawn which garbage would not pick up because it was full of nails. I had a new door and a lot of clean up work to do.

He repaired a fence exactly as he said he would, cleared away all materials and left the yard the way he found it. The fence is better built now than it was before he started.
