Fixit Residential may not be on Angi's recommended list, but they SHOULD BE. Robert Miller has repaired my refrigerator, my dryer, and now removed my worn out AC unit and installed a new one. He is professional, polite, There isn't much mechanical that he cannot fix. He is easy to reach, and does above & beyond what's expected, and at a VERY reasonable rate. I HIGHLY recommend him.

Did a really good job pressure washing my driveway and sidewalk. They were on time,and very professional.

Quoted one price, but we were charged more in the end. Added more fees that I was not told about until after the work was done. Not a good way to do business. Would recommend for his quality of work, but caution to get the price upfront.

Robert arrived 5 minutes early prior to my appointment. He installed an over the range microwave where there was none. Cleaned up the area when he was done. Already scheduled this firm to do additional work around the house.

Robert did an awesome job in tuning my AC systems and recharged the coolant. He is very knowledgeable and recommend solutions to save power. I would definitely hire him for future needs.

Very knowledgeable person. He helped me financially by letting me make payments for the job and fixed the problem right away. Also helped me better understand the issues I was having with my AC unit and how my unit works.

Robert was on time and very professional. He worked hard the whole installation and even had time to discuss parenting tips. I would definitely use him again.

My sole complaint had to do with the charges. Not a big deal and I'm hoping that by pointing out my disappointment it won't happen to others. My charges were almost 50% more than quoted. I probably am at fault for some of it. Robt. asked if I would like him to dispose my old unit. Of course I said YES. I would feel much better if the Fee (25.00) were mentioned upfront. Also there was a $15.00 "Trip Fee". To the best of my recollection there no mention of this beforehand. Having said all that...the job was done well, on time and the work area was cleaner when he left then he arrived.
