All I have say is Mr. Nurul was fantastic. The communication was great, he arrived on time, and he was very polite. I hired Mr. Nurul to assemble my tv stand. He told me send pictures and told me it would take about an hour to put it together.. I had to tell him the unfortunate news that I couldn't find the manual. Fortunately for me I hired a pro and he went to work. He looked up the product information on line, watched the video and went to work and put tv stand together in no time despite not having any information in front of him. That is why you hire a pro to handle crazy situations. Thanks Nurul.
