They were very understanding and courteous. Even after all the damage hurricane Matthew did in my area they came timely and took care of all clean-up. I was very pleased when I came home from work.

Areas that needed the most attention were not tended to because it wasn't scheduled for that particular week. I'd like to be provided the opportunity to accept contractor recommendations if they observe an area of concern.

Didn't show on time. I cancelled due to that. They showed up Monday while I was at work after promising me my lawn would be mowed no later than Friday for my daughters birthday party and charged me for it as well. I didn't receive a call that they couldn't make it Friday. I had to call them.

they showed up and cut my grass, I didn't know they were coming. That was on Sat Am, they were suppose to come back on Monday and do the rest of my pruning and weeding my flower beds, I didnnot hear from them and am still waiting for someone to show or give me a call.. This is Sunday night. This has ben a week plus one day. I dont know what to think about a company who does this to customers, dorothy k c. Richmond Va

Great lawn work at a reasonable price. Project was delayed by a day or so, but the company kept me informed, and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. I hired Fixt because my lawn was very overgrown. I'm really happy with the work they did. It looks great now.
