DO NOT USE! Run do not walk away from this company. They are scammers. Took our money and still waiting for them to finish repair. They do not return phone calls or make/keep appointments.

Do not use at all. They are scammers, they came out and did not fix washing machine, and said he would come back, and he never came back to fix.

I have been waiting for a month to get my dishwasher repaired. It is one excuse after another. Took my money but no part and no service. Communication is terrible.

Came on a Saturday ( doesn’t normally do Saturdays). Quickly diagnosed my problem with my freezer and made quick repair. Will use for other projects in the future.

Not satisfied with the job.

He was about 3 hours late and he overcharged me by about $50 to $75.

The initial experience was good but when he had to come back to address the problem he was a no call no show

Frank went out of his way after hours to fix my dryer and leaking toilet tank. He also put together my dryer vent outside and looked at my refrigerator. He's very knowledgeable and I highly recommend.

He had to come from Cincinnati. He was quite late for a couple of stated reasons. He ended up being brought by someone. He seemed to be knowledgeable about gas ovens and gas stoves. The oven is working fine. He cleaned the burners. One still needs me to light it, but I'm not going to ask him to come all the way here for such a small thing. I had someone else fix the oven 10 months before and it quit working. Frank said the reason given last time sounded fishy. The I unit is about 21 years old. I don't know how to rate value. I don't remember how much it cost last December when the other company came.

Update: as stated, I am updating this because the work has been completed. My biggest issue was communication. I talked to Frank about this before he left. He was very open to the feedback and acknowledged he had let me down on that front. He did complete the work last night and my washer is working great. No question Frank does know his stuff. Original: I will be more than happy to update this if the work is ever done or I get my money back. But as of now, I do not recommend this company. Frank called Oct 12 to schedule the appointment from a post I made. That was the only time he contacted me proactively. After assessing my washer and telling me what was wrong, and the cost, I agreed to pay him up front so he could order the part. I have constantly sought updates and continually got excuses as to why he had not come yet each time committing to arriving the next day and even giving specific times then never showing up. And worse, never saying he would not text numerous times before finally getting a response with a new excuse (had to order the part, I am just too busy, I am in the hospital, my truck is in the shop and I left the parts in it, I am backed up, my van is in-shop and I left the parts in it). Again after asking repeatedly for updates, Monday, Oct 19 he stated he had the parts and was literally on his way to my house. Again, no call no show. I then followed up on Wednesday and he said he is in the hospital. I asked what happened to be on his way Monday. No answer. Meanwhile, I am still without a washer and spending even more money at laundromats. I get that some of the excuses are, on their own, good reasons, but as a customer, I should not just be left hanging having already paid. And I should not have to follow up. Frank should be contacting me.

So, if you have something simple then you are ok... but, if it is anything else, beware. He was definitely punctual, courteous, and appeared knowledgeable when he was here, but after some simple maintenance, declared the dryer fixed after a simple test. I put in a load of laundry later that afternoon, and it was still stopping, 5 minutes into the cycle. After several no-shows and numerous attempts to call and text over the next 2 weeks, I wound up just buying the service manual and the required part, and fixed it myself. Wound up $250 for him to just clean out some lint from the duct and grease some wheels.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! DO NOT TRUST FRANK, HE WILL SWINDLE YOU! Frank repaired a dishwasher for me, so I decided to use him again to repair a stove. He came out on September 8th, said he would need to order a part, and wanted a deposit of $175 (half the total repair cost). I trusted him since he had done work for me before, so I wrote him a check and he said he would be back in 1-2 days. This was 6 weeks ago. I have heard every excuse in the book and he has not returned my calls for 3 weeks now. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL.

Frank corrected a problem with our refrigerator's in door water and ice maker. The manufacturer's replacement part was plastic and he did not feel good about it, so he replaced it with a metal part which required a lot more work on his part.

Frank was very punctual, polite, efficient, and a good communicator. We will definitely call him again if we have any repair needs. He went the extra mile and was delightful to work with.

Frank was nice. It did not take long to get him out to repair the problem which was guaranteed for 30 days, but getting him back to fix the problem is like pulling teeth. He does not return phone calls and the majority of the time when you call him, his mailbox is always full. I am not a satisfied customer.

I made the call and Frank scheduled me for the next day. He arrived promptly wearing a face covering. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly...my original contractor had plugged in the wall oven, but hadn't run the gas line and there was no access panel. Frank sawed through the wall, ran the gas line and created an access panel for this appliance. I was back in business. Frank was professional, and able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. I will use this company again. I am a satisfied customer.

Frank was very responsive and came out the next day to repair my washer. He was very talented and able to fix the issue very fast. My only complaint is that I didnâ t want to pay $200 for a broken lock component however I understand it was a very tedious job that requires skill. Overall, I was very pleased by the service and would recommend and hire him again.

Frank was great! Great communication and he showed up during the 1 hour window he gave me the day before. He worked quickly and was very nice and respectful. I would highly recommend hiring Frank/F&L.
