Flag Star did an excellent job fixing my pad and carpet following water damage I had incurred. They showed up exactly on time as promised. They did a very meticulous job of replacing the pad and stretching and putting back my damaged carpet that the mitigation people had done a very sloppy job on. They are true artisans. I could not recommend them any more highly.
