This was an outstanding experience. The technician came out on his day off and when I asked him if he could come a little later because of a previously scheduled doctor appointment he was happy to accommodate me, He repaired my Whirlpool dishwasher. The service provided was excellent and I would highly recommend this company for your appliance repair needs.

He knew what to do, ordered the part and came right on time. He even threw in a filter for me. And I asked him about my dryer and he gave me advice and cleaned out the duct at no extra charge. On March 22nd Sergio came to our house to look at the cooktop, which I considered a fire hazard. He called his parts vendor, asked us to prepay $230.00, and that is the last I heard from him. He said he would be back April 11th. I have called every day since then and gotten voice mail and now the voice mail is full and not taking messages. I have filed formal complaints with Atty Gen office and Home Advisor. I have a very sick husband and do not need this aggravation. I'm not the only one. Researching them online, I have come across many bad reviews of this company.
