Flagstone Pools & Pavers, Inc

We signed a contract with Flagstone in January. They were not the least expensive option, and they were not one of the companies that typically does pools in our area, but we really liked what was suggested. Our goal was to have the pool completed by May. Unfortunately, there were permit issues, delays, and times when the lack of progress and communication was very frustrating. That is why I did not initially feel I could give a 5-star rating. The project was finally completed at the beginning of June. Now that it is finished, I have to say it is absolutely beautiful — 5 TARS! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Our pool was large and too deep, so we only used part of it before. Now we use 100% of the pool! We added a sun deck, benches, and water fountains, and we absolutely LOVE it! We are so happy with how everything turned out. We also really liked all of the Flagstone workers. In the end, we are thrilled. In the end, we are thrilled with our beautiful new pool! are so glad we made the decision to remodel it

My wife and I are absolutely thrilled with Flagstone Pools, from the elegant design, to the easy process, and especially our gorgeous pool. Flagstone Pools is the perfect size for a pool contractor. They are big enough to have the resources and expertise to build a state of the art pool, yet small enough that you get personalized service. The design process was surprisingly easy, and Kim walks you through the paperwork. On site, you deal directly with the owners, Scott, and his son Jake, both of whom respond quickly to texts/emails and are easy to talk to in person. They oversee the whole process from start to finish. About halfway through the project, I had a long list of details that I wanted to discuss with them. I felt I was being a little too picky, but they said, â Please, we want to hear about everything - our goal is to build your dream poolâ . They addressed every last detail and indeed, we now have our dream pool that exceeded our expectations! They told us they would complete the pool in 6 to 8 weeks after they got the permit and all of our friends said it would never happen. Well, 6 weeks and 2 days after they started, we had water in the pool. I was pleasantly surprised when Scott personally came to the house time and time again even after the pool was completed to make sure the chemicals in the pool were at the right level, and stayed at the right level. With Flagstone Pools you get personal service, attention to detail, a beautiful design, and a quality pool for a fair price. Contact Flagstone Pools and you can have your own dream pool!

Extended patio which they poured cement to do. Vey good job, cleaned up very well. I'll use this company again for inside projects as well as outdoors.

Great job , very neat and used protection on floors

They were quick with the work and done. Very good service.

Great job, on time, excellent job.

they were really nice and knowledgeable.

Everything followed by the book i.e. permits, codes etc

I hired this contractor to install my attic ladder in my garage. The worker did an excellent job on the installation of the ladder, but didn't finish the work. Because the trim around the original ladder was a bit too narrow for the new ladder, I was left with a new ladder that had no trim around the opening. I had to hire someone else to finish the job.

Alberto, the owner, was friendly and did great trim work around newly installed granite bar. Painting of two bathroom ceilings and the trim work was done by Mathew who was excellent!!! Very careful with the paint and so very friendly and courteous. Mathew is a true asset to Flagstone Custom Builders.

I called Alberto for a quote. He quickly responded with a written quote. He showed up promptly and completed the job as requested. They cleaned up after themselves. No swearing, yelling, smoking, or loud music. Very hard workers. Call this company for your home remodeling jobs and you will be happy you did.

Great workers and did a wonderful job. Will us Alberto Rossi for my many projects that have to get done

Excellent in every way!
