Bear Country Rock, LLC

They were a Blessing to work with. They were easy to contact. They did more than I expected and there workers were polite and hard working. I am very pleased with my new fence and highly recommend them if you need any work done

Very helpful and friendly!

Bear Country Rock is top notch in all respects. The entire crew was prompt, responsive, and attention to detail should be their trademark. Crew worked in harmony to complete the project as promised to customer. Well done.

We have been attempting to work with Walter since May. At first we wanted an entire backyard done with flagstone, and we wanted the works done. He said no problem, and we were going to get started two weeks from then. He kept pushing our work back and then said he hadn't ordered what he needed to in order to do the work. So, we scrapped that idea and instead just asked to have our patio extended with simple concrete and have a step added for outside the patio door. He started June 7th, we paid him up front for the work. It is now July 1, the work that was supposed to be a 3 day job has not been completed at all. We now have a second slab that will need to be fixed by another contractor. When we reached out to get our money back, he asked what was fair, we said okay how about half back because all we have is a slab that isn't even completed. Technically, not even half the work is done, but half, we can eat that other half. We aren't getting any response, and will now have to pay more money to someone else to have this corrected and completed. There are lumps of concrete in my backyard, the wood frame is still around the slab that was poured, the top of the slab is lumpy and the work is terrible. I vehemently beg for the customer service to improve, or for anyone that is thinking of using this company, please reconsider!!!
