They installed drywall and laminate flooring. After Mike Flaker secured all the money from my insurance for putting in the flooring and drywall, this is what my family was left with. He never came back to finish the job nor returned any calls from my insurance or myself. UPDATE: Mr. Flaker contacted me and came back to install the missing quarter round, and nail/caulk the quarter round that he initially put in. I just wish that he would have completed the work properly when he initially came to do the work and not after this review was put on Angies List.

Mike was very professional and prompt! I had a tile floor installed in my laundry room, along with subfloor repair. I am very pleased with the final product and would highly recommend their services!

After receiving incorrect flooring, the contractor made attempts to correct the problem. As for the value, we purchased our flooring independently due to the mixup, the install was reasonable. The mixup on the flooring was not the worst part. The work was really good, the workers are polite, courteous, and worked in a timely manner. However, the owner there showed no regard for our time. This may not be a concern if you do not need someone to be there when they say they are going to. The disregard for the time spoiled the entire experience.

Working with Mike was a pleasure. Great guy and knows his product. Extremely helpful and even came by my office to update on the crew at my home and their progress. Would not hesitate to use his company again!

The experience was excellent from start to finish. He explained everything and took pictures and was really thorough. He was also very professional and was top notch. Couldn't have asked for anything better.
