Dave is a top shelf tech. Found the problem in no time after two techs from another "seasonal" company attempted to sell me a $2600 piece of junk compressor unit.

Terry is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He is responsive and does not do unnecessary work. He made a service call to our house at 9:45pm, coming after just the initial phone call (when we expected to just leave a message to see if he was available in the morning), and all this on the coldest night of the year-- a stand-up guy. While in our home he explained what he was doing and educated us on how our closed heating system works and explained proper furnace and radiator maintenance and care. He went above and beyond to help us out. Terry gave us peace of mind. We will hire him again and highly recommend him to others.

He was great! he walked my husband and me through our home and educated us on the need to and correct way to bleed our radiators. He educated us on our boiler. Then, when there was a malfunction that night at 9:00, he responded to my urgent phone call immediately, and came out to resolve the problem so that my family and I could sleep comfortably. The next day he followed up with us. He has a high level of expertise and a pleasant personality.

Terry was very friendly and informative. The work (splitting one boiler of a two flat into a two-system boiler and installing ductwork for first floor CAC) took longer than quoted, but the work seems to be quality. A little on the pricey side but, overall, very happy with the work.

Flame Furnace and Terry Sullivan were absolutely outstanding! He called to set up an appt. almost immediately, and arrived a few minutes early. His fees were below market and more than reasonable. I plan on him returning to clean & service the air conditioning.I would highly recommend him.
