It took about 5 days to get Eric here, but he was here when he said he would be. He was efficient and got the fireplace running in short order.

Eric was great. Responded to my initial call immediately. Was in and out and resolved my problem in 10 minutes. Knew the problem and fixed it. Thanks to him, I have a fireplace for the Holidays. Would highly recommend him for anyone and would definitely hire again, if needed.

Was able to have someone come here & do the repair within a day or so while other Companies could not even get here for at least 2 weeks or so.

Eric had a small time delay but kept me informed about when he would be there. Once there, the install went well. He showed me how to use the logs and asked if I had any questions even at 9:45pm. Will use them again if I need any of the services they provide.

The Facts: Eric Arp came on his initial visit Thurs. evening 11/13 to look at my fireplace & to give me a quote��� Called him on 11/14 and told it was a go���The Appointment was set for Mon. 11/18 for 1pm. he was an hr late to initial appointment but had said he thought our appt was at 2��� he lacked a few items but he said it was on order and he would bring them on Thurs. Since Thurs 11/21 he has been No Call No Show to 3 appts he has set himself & now doesn't even answer his cell ..was suppose to be at my house at 5:45 Monday 11/25 evening and nothing has been heard by him

Eric originally came out to give an estimate on a Saturday. Estimate was reasonable and he was ready to do the work so it was done in a couple of hours and works like a charm.
