Quickly responded to request. Changed appointment time due to conflict on my part (once) very willingly. Shawn was very informative about my home's wiring, did all I requested and will be returning at a later date to do more. I was very pleased!

Originally gave me an hourly rate of $25.00. When he came it only took him about 1.5 hours. He charged me $80.00 (which included parts) and he said his service call was $75.00. I think he should have told me that in the beginning. Still I was happy with the amount and he seemed to know what he was doing. He was not good about cleaning up after himself.
