For the price I paid, I expected more professionalism. I had 16 waffle lights on my soffit all around the house, garage lights, under cabinet lights, pendent lights, a surge protector for the house and electrical outlets for my gazebo. Everything thing is up and working well. The 2 stars I rated was because of the following. 1. Drilled through my wall. 2. Stepped through my ceiling. 3. Broke my soffit in 4 different spots. 5. Took three weeks to complete job. 5. No supervisor ever came by to inspect their employees work. 6. All I got was Apologies from the receptionist. Owner or manager could never be reached.

He was very cooperative with my needs. The price was a little higher than expected but needed it done as soon as possible

Was not professional...left the job that evening my doorbell was not working, that was the last thing they work on, I call them back they said they would be out at 8am the next morning they call 8 am the next morning said it would be 2 pm I had to reschedule my doctors appointment....bottom line not very professional.

Pro was on time snd very responsive to questions. Appointments were available quickly. Needed new electrical panel. Pro was able to show me why and explain the pros and cons of doing the work. Pro also provided multiple options.

Blake and his team were excellent to work with. They arrived when they said they would, and came with a big crew to get the work done in one day. If I wanted something moved or changed, they were very responsive. They did what they said they would, when they said they would, and at the price agreed to. Overall, a great experience.

PRICE HIGH WORK IS GREAT

Was quick, on time, and I am happy with the finished job.

They were promot. They showed up on time. They knew what they were doing. Very professional. Took care of my issue quickly.

The short is that they were courteous, timely, communicated well, and stuck by their quote. The long is that I had 5+ companies give me quotes. The job was a panel upgrade, adding 2 dedicated outlets (microwave and hair dryer), and checking my wiring concern. Of all the companies that came out, the Flanco reps (Kurtis and Blake) seemed the most attentive and detailed. They asked what I needed done, but also listened when I explained that some wiring seemed "off". They were the only reps (in total,I saw/talked to 8 different electricians) that showed any interest or concern about the wiring and the only reps that asked to look in the attic to check wiring and attic condition.. They cleaned up once finished. When I contacted the city (less than 2 hours after the Flanco team left) for an inspection, I was informed that the city had already been contacted by my electrician to set up the inspection. All in all a great experience and plan to use them for my future electrician needs.

We needed to have canned lighting, or a recessed lighting installed in two of our closets. Flanco was very responsive. Cheyenne was very lovely and set up the appointment. On the day of the appointment I was contacted when the tack was on his way. I was provided a picture of our tech, Kurtis, via text. Kurtis was very professional in his appearance and work. When he came in the house, he put booties over his shoes, so as not to track any dirt in. He reviewed the areas that I was requesting the lighting. He checked the rooms and attic to make sure that the improvements I wanted could be done safely. I received a quote. after I approved the lighting projects that I wanted done, he gathered the materials and returned with another tech. I felt very comfortable, knowing that I had licensed and bonded electricians working on this project. The project in total only took maybe two hours, and I was thrilled with the results. The work was done, cleanly, and completely, and I will be using them in the future.

I would highly recommend this company. They are extremely professional and trustworthy. They do what they say they are going to do, they do it when they say they are going to do it, and they do it for the price they quote. The work was exceptional and I definitely will be using them again! This is my new GO-TO company!

Even though the electrician was a nice person, the prices are outrageous, they did not do it as it was supposed to and when asked why it is installed over a drain and it blocks the drain, I was told to ask the plumber to do modification on the drain, since it would be too much for him to do it where it was supposed to be installed. After he left, I noticed that we had lost electricity on the same circuit for other parts of the house, when I called them back, they charged additional for coming to look at it and fix it, they said even though it was due to the fact that they installed it and even though it happened right after, since they came it is a different job and they have to get paid. For 1000 total to install 2 electrical outlets, move one electrical outlet by a few inches and move the cable, which is outrageous, and I thought since I would work with professionals that take care of their jobs I decided to work with them but it was a mistake, I would not work with them ever again.

I appreciate the quick response from the technicians and the installers! They came in prepped everything and installed the generator. Thank you so much for the professional work and workmanship of the technicians and installers! I truly recommend them for hiring in the future.
