The owner (Rafael Aquino) came out the same day to complete the job! He was very professional, kind, explained everything, did an EXCELLENT job, and was very expeditious! Even given the current COVID-19 environment, he took special care to ensure the safety and health of the tenants while he completed the job. I will be utilizing Flash Painting for future projects! It was very easy to communicate with Rafael. He was responsive to my messages and genuinely worked to understand what I wanted and to meet my expectations for the project. He powerwashed the deck, replaced a couple of bad boards, and applied two coats of a solid gray stain. It looks wonderful. I would recommend Flash Painting and would hire them again.

Just wanted to pass along that we had our whole house painted by Rafael with Flash Painting a couple of weeks ago and we couldn't be happier. He was friendly and communicative throughout the entire process. He was on time each and every day and finished the job within the expected timeframes. Raphael was meticulous and we're just so pleased with the end result. We even had this LARGE, awful, textured/sparkly and sponge-painted wall that now looks great. If you're looking for a great, reliable, and affordable painter, I highly recommend him!

They took construction materials that did not belong to them and removed them from the property. The man that I met initially was not the one sent to do the job.

"The customer Mr. Brian K. had problems with a homeadvisor professional before and that is why he hired me. Mr. Brian was also displeased with the previous job done. I tried to solve the problem by sending my partner to fix it but the homeowner did not let him finish the job. Out of annoyance, Mr. Brian put this review for my company. My partner had problems with the owner of the house and when he left he took something by accident but I Rafael the owner of Flash Painting, returned what was taken the house of Mr. Brian. Instead of thanking me, he insulted me again with text messages. We are an honest and reliable company and the reviews that we have previously prove it. Sincerely, Rafael. Owner of flash painting."
