Flat Creek Solutions

I have used Jeffery Brown (Flat Creek Solutions) for various services several times in the past, and most recently was for waste hauling services. This last time was the best experience in dealing with any Professional, ever!. I would consider the entire experience as perfect. Things went very smoothly, absolutely no complaints, and at a decent price! Jeffery is my first call from now on!

Jeff was a personable guy, but there was an agreement to remove the house and bring in soil to smooth and level the area. They brought in clumpy black clay that was not spread very well. I was expecting topsoil or sand instead of the hard black clay. There several low spots where water stands, and there were trenches left by the tractor that were not smoothed out. The agreement was to use the grinder/surfacer to smooth up the the area where the brush was removed so that the area can be maintained with a mower. There is still a lot of roots and debris in the area that needed to be cleared up. They did a pretty good job on removing the house and the brush. It is the leveling and the clean up that I was not completely satisfied with. He said it would be as smooth as a park. NOT A PARK!!!
