They are reliable: there on time as arranged . Very, polite and friendly, explains what they are doing well. Took a lot of time to find my leak so they could fix it right. Very good work and care. Definitely would recommend them.

I contacted multiple over 6 companies to get quotes on repairing a leak on the flat roof on my home. Azariel was one of the first to respond, and by far the most professional. He did a thorough inspection and found other issues that could have led to even worse roof issues down the road. He submitted a detailed proposal in a timely manner and asked a reasonable fee. On the day of the work, his team that showed up with him was on time and also very professional. Day of, they found more issues once the flashing was removed, which they were able to resolve and still finish the job that day. The quality of work is great, and you can tell that Azariel and team take pride in their work and really care about a quality product.

Azariel submitted very detailed drawing of proposed work. Job was finished in just one day. Price was reasonable. No rain yet to get to know if it was successful.

The invoice included photographs of the work done, very helpful as I cannot see that part of the roof without getting up on a ladder. Very professional. Provided a 5 page estimate that included two ways to fix the problem with diagrams and pricing for each that explained exactly what they would do. The original day they were expected it rained but they came the very next day.

This was my 2nd experience with Coss Roofing and I can't recommend them highly enough. Our house has high, sloping dormers and 3 layers of existing shingles needed to be removed and replaced. The job was done quickly and the site was thoroughly cleaned daily before the crew left. At my last minute request, Coss also supplied and installed new gutters with leaf guards for a very good price. The Coss crew takes pride in their work and did many extra touches without charge. Photos of the process were sent after the job was completed. Our "lifetime" roof is sturdy and beautiful thanks to Coss.
