I have actually used Flatlander for multiple projects including concrete, exterior building repair, fence repair, stone work, roofing and gutter installation. Ray was always good about making sure the jobs were done right and was quick to respond to issues. I have learned that no project goes off without a hitch or two, but Ray never disappointed me when it came to getting any issues resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible. I could always count on the quality of work to be very high and Flatlander never hesitated to stand behind the work done. I have no doubt that when I need my next project done right, I will call Ray.

Do not hire! Seems to be a very nice and knowledgeable older man, very sweet talker but does not follow thru. Get written contract with finish date and pricing SIGNED. There will be problems! I would NOT HIRE THEM/HIM again.

DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR IF YOU ARE IN THE CITY OF GRAND JUNCTION! He is not license to build in the City. Not sure about the state of Colorado. Ray Ogburn talks a good game and promised the moon and has failed to deliver!!! Promise number 1 was that once crew started, they stayed on site until the job was completed. Two months in and the job is still not completed. Promise number 2 was that he would keep me in the loop every step of the way and has failed to deliver. Said he would get a permit and when I asked for it, and when I said I would not pay until I had the inspection, he is no longer answering my calls. Beware!!! If you choose to go with him, make sure everything is in writing and make sure no work starts until the permit is posted.
