Flatrock concrete construction inc

This was an addition to my existing driveway for another car to park. It was difficult to find anyone to do such a small project (10'x12'). While the finished work looks good, the problem I had was during the prep for the concrete pour. I had reminded them several times that the underground sprinkler lines needed to be found and removed so they could be capped off. This was done hastily and one line was cemented over. This cost me $200 to have a sprinkler company fix what should have been an easy cap at the end of this last zone.

These guys ALL knew what they were doing. They were prompt to begin the job, they were very friendly and explained what they were doing. They were mindful of the yard. They cleaned up after themselves. Very easy to work with. I quite enjoyed the project. I'm having them back to lay a decorative concrete pad in the back yard. Excellent company to do business with. I am thoroughly delighted.

Excellent work, Kent's price was better than 4 other contractors and he was able to start in couple of days. He came in on time, completed the job on time. No hassle, that is what I wanted, peace of mind. He was very courteous. My garage and driveway looks great.

When Kent Moore showed up for bid he explained, in detail, everything that would be done and would be included in quote. All questions were answered. When he and his crew showed up to do driveway, they showed up on time at 8am and were through with our driveway, including cleanup, by 2pm. Very professional. The crew even washed down concrete residue from curbs and swept them clean. If I need concrete work in the future ,I will definitely be calling Kent Moore and crew at Flatrock Concrete. Completed job as projected and planned. Cleaned up, did all that was on contract, even when we adjusted the project, they had no problem.
