Horrible company. They installed a unit that was WAY too small for my home. Then tried to tell me that it was not meant to COOL my home, only to dehumidify it. We live in COLORADO. It is very dry here. We needed an air conditioner, not a dehumidifier. We lost a lot of money going with this company. The direct supervisor, Al, was VERY unprofessional, and bullied us aggressively!

A great company, great service, great folks who are on time and kind. Overall, our a/c works well except that it is not compatible with our furnace. After many calls and having them come out five or so times, it was determined that our furnace electrical board seems to be having issues turning off the system so it runs and does not stop even when it hits temperature on the thermostat. We can run down the stairs and hard reset, so that is at least good. I get that it may not be possible to determine that when quoting price, but we do feel that we were quoted for an A/C that works and still have not received what was promised. We do have an older furnace that was installed by previous homeowners so there are plenty of issues! We are also fixing up the house and do not want to replace it until we finish. All that to say that these guys are great and responsive with a problem. However, we were quoted after an inspection of our property and current setup and were assured it would not be a problem. Our option now is pay to replace the board or pay for a new furnace. Nice folks, but I wonder if a more experienced company would have been able to catch that and solve it for us before we even got started. Also, we had quotes from other companies to replace the furnace as well during their specials at the beginning of the year and that would most definitely have impacted our decision. All in all, I would still recommend them in fairness and promptness and being a good company overall.

i talked to Reza on Saturday, and the job was scheduled for the following Monday. Allen and Elijah came over around 10 am, and started working. Our project was to install central air into a house with the furnace in the attic. there were a lot of hurdles to overcome, but they worked through them, and completed the job the same day. Although it was around 8 pm when they finished. I also appreciated the owner Al, coming by to introduce himself, and check on the progress of the job. The weather was freezing, and raining, and under those conditions, I was very impressed they finished the same day. I was told by Allen that they would come back when the weather warmed up, to check and make any adjustments on the system. I would definitely recommend this company for any hvac needs.

The people who came to install the AC were very thoughtful on where to put the unit and how to run the lines. Unfortunately couldn't do the electric like included with my quote so I had to hire someone else.

Excellent Company to work with no pressure sales, just the right solution at a very reasonable prices. Our new variable speed Trane furnace keeps our house more evenly warm than our old system. Hoping for the same result with our new AC. Spoke with several Heating/Cooling companies. A bit challenging with the pricing all over the place and the mark it up, rebate it down pricing. Also got some bad recommendations. We chose Flawless Air Mechanical and happy we did. They kept it simple, had good pricing and great customer service. They are the â good guysâ . Actually, Jessica was terrific. She was very quick to address and fix all our concerns. The installers were very good and I felt we actually got more than we bargained for. That does not happen often.

Jessica was awesome! Our old furnace kept acting up and after much debate, we called her and she still honored the original price quoted. Great customer service. The techs that came out did an outstanding job. I highly recommend this company.

Jesus and Jeremy came over and explained what would work for me. From what furnance and A/C would work and to a multi stage blower. Then Navid and Reza were wonderful when they installed the furnance and A/C. Went right to work, took out the old equipment and installed the new. I'm very pleased with the folks at Flawless. We discussed options for a furnace and water heater, making it easy for me to choose top-quality equipment. My small home has the space for these two things right off the kitchen/dining area and noise has always been a big issue. The furnace they recommended is much quieter than the old one. Initially I had an issue with fan speed due to an incorrect factory setting, but they were diligent in responding to my questions about it and resolved it quickly. The courtesy, attention to detail, and professionalism of the entire team was refreshing.

Can't say enough good things, we have had nightmare after nightmare with contractors for house work. Flawless had the best prices for what we needed, fantastic customer service and work. They even made a few minor mistakes and the next day came back to fix immediately (even though payment was already received). You will feel safe and comfortable with the flawless team in your home.
