*very professional yet friendly *cleaned visiting pet stains quickly and without hesitation after the diagnosis was completed (we were going to rip out the carpet and go with the wood floors before the cleaning--not now!) *dried with 'the wand' as if Raymond were a wizard! *plan to have them do ALL our future rug cleaning! Very service oriented and tried their best with our windows and skylights. However we live close to the beach and under pine trees which is a special challenge. The windows turned out very nicely, however the skylights stayed murky, even though they came back once to fix the problem.
