Ian , and crew were great. After Sandy hit Long Beach the place was a war zone. We drove into town wondering what to do. As we were driving I spotted a bunch of guys in yellow sweatshirts entering a house, i stopped and asked if they were working.They were cleaning out a house and , i wanted my house done next. I aske them to stop by my house next, best decision I could have made. Not only did they help me fast , efficiently, they followed my instructions. I ended up hiring them to rebuild my entire downstairs including a kitchen. Ian showed knowledge and craftmanship well beyond his years, and i'm glad we met . A year later I had him redo my upstairs . He did Beautiful hardwood floors , new doors, and carpentry,and remodeling. You will not be dissapointed.

He has ideas that I loved and he communicated quickly. His pricing was very fair and the service was top notch and fast! We used him for three jobs so far

Ian and his team did a great job restoring a living room hard wood floor that was covered with carpeting and replacing a carpeted Den floor with Vinyl. They worked quickly and cleanly,carefully showing great respect for my newly painted and finished Den and Living room walls. Ian was extremely helpful in making suggestions to us about best materials and best methods of doing the complete job. We were very pleased with the quality of their work and would definitely hire them again for other projects.

His workers did a terrific job under his guidance. Ian and Crew have been fantastic. They gut renovated an office space and transformed it an a lofted space for my kids. Ladders and desks are flawlessly integrated in the design of the loft beds. It's a huge structure, and feels very solid. The design is modern but at the same time rustic industrial - exactly what I was envisioning. Glad I hired them.

Ian was a pleasure to work with. He and his team handled themselves very professionally. Ian was able to quickly come to my house to give me a quote, which was reasonable and was able to schedule the work in a very fair timeline. When it came time for the work, they were respectful and very polite. They respected the fact that this was someones home which I think is very important...Their work was very clean and they took the time to make sure the floor was installed meticulously and made sure all my furniture was back to normal before leaving. Ian & crew were wonderful. They did a fantastic job rebuilding our stairs, refinishing our floors & painting the entire interior of the upper level. He even installed a hood over our new stove. Wow wow wow. Ian was an amazing person to work with. He is honest, conscientious and did a fantastic job. I would give him a 10.5 out of 10. I am not related to Ian nor did I know him when I hired him so don't think my raving review is ficiicious. He was terrific and would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Nice, professional, and good pricing (we compared multiple contractors) They were on time, cleaned up so I didn't worry about my toddler and dogs, and got the job done in the time frame quoted, which was great! We would definitely recommend Ian and use him again for future projects

They arrived on time very professional and courteous gave me tips on what I need to do to keep the floor in great condition very clean cleaned up before they left and made sure I was satisfied and happy with the job

We love our new floors and receive compliments about them by our guests all the time! I obtained the referral for this company from home advisor. Ian was quick to call me back the same day the request was made. Our projected included renovating the lower level of our home. This included removing the carpet and replacing with a tile flooring and installing a patio door. The price he quoted for the project was fair and reasonable. We gave him an overall 4.5 because he went over the estimated time he projected to complete the project.

Ian was a pleasure to work with from the initial estimate through the final product. Although his prices were extremely competitive, it was the quality of work and attention to detail which warrants such a high recommendation. I plan on contacting Ian for future projects and feel 100% confident recommending his company to any friends and family looking to have work done on their house.

Good Experience, Ian was professional and did the work himself with one helper. They re-sanded an existing dining room floor with my new kitchen floor. It took them 2 days to sand, stain and seal with 3 coats. They were very clean, and kept the dust levels way down by sealing the area off and vacuuming each day. If in the future i decide to have other floors done, i will definitely use his services again. I also would recommend him to others. The floors look really good!

Ian stayed true to his promised work dates. He returned all phone calls promptly and was able to refinish our floors in 2.5 days. This included installing molding around the perimeter of the rooms, installing door saddles and fixing our ceiling. The rooms look very nice and consistent.
