Flawless says it all! Very happy with the service.

We have used Flawless Keeping, LLC for few years and have had good experience with this company. Their products always smell good and floors & bathrooms have fresh appearance each time, which is important to me.

I had a good experience with bi-weekly cleaning. Lyudmila was detailed & worked with my schedule when necessary. We moved to a different state but I still highly recommend Flawless for cleaning.

Nina did a wonderful cleaning job on my small condo.

They did a fabulous job on a large home, post construction.

We arranged for this company to do a deep cleaning having agreed on a price. The professionals arrived on time. There was some communication difficulty because I did't speak their language but it seemed like it would be okay. I felt confident enough to leave them on their own. When arriving that night the house looked pretty good. There was one shelf unit of nicknacks that didn't get touched, but they may been a little intimidated by them, so we dusted the shelves our selves. The top of the fridge wasn't cleaned. In general everything else looked good. Today Jimmy called me and said they stayed 5 hours longer [2.5 per worker] than they were hired for. He said he needed to charge more money. He said they weren't even making money on the visit. How does $240 not cover the cost of the visit? I agreed reluctantly to pay half of what he was asking [he said he would meet me half way] but told him I was very unhappy about being charged more after the fact. I asked why I wasn't informed at the time that they were going over? So that is the reason for the lousy customer service rating as well as the value for the money. I will not use them again even thought the women who cleaned our house were perfectly competant.

They went above and beyond for scheduling and cleaning. I have going to contract their service for monthly cleaning and I consider it well worth the price.
