Flawless Floors Kitchens & More, also doing business as Flawless Concepts. I started my company in 2005 as a flooring business and grew it into full home renovation across Nassau County and Long Island, so I bring a flooring installer's eye for detail to every room. I handle kitchen remodeling, including custom cabinets, countertops, and backsplashes; bathroom renovations with tile, vanities, and showers; hardwood, vinyl, laminate, and tile flooring, plus sanding and refinishing; basement finishing; decks; dormers and additions; crown molding, doors, built ins, and stairs; and full home renovations. I also rebuild after leaks and burst pipes. I'm on every project from the first estimate to the final walkthrough. I'm licensed and insured, I show up when I say I will, and my crew leaves your home clean every day.

Wood Flooring Repair or Partial Replacement
This company is one of the best I have ever seen , reasonably priced, professional, fast, and reliable. After the completion, they cleaned up and left nothing behind. My dining room and living room floors look amazing, they brought them back to life, the paint job for the walls with the crown moldings, the ceiling lights ect. I can’t thank the owner Ian enough! I highly recommend!

Ian and his team did AMAZING work! I always knew I wanted built-ins, but the pre-existing stone and fireplace were only six inches deep, not leaving me with much depth to work with. Ian helped design a build that would give me cabinets for storage, shelving with LED lighting for pictures, and a beautiful mantle. This is exactly what I was looking for and it totally makes the room! Thank you!

Ian , and crew were great. After Sandy hit Long Beach the place was a war zone. We drove into town wondering what to do. As we were driving I spotted a bunch of guys in yellow sweatshirts entering a house, i stopped and asked if they were working.They were cleaning out a house and , i wanted my house done next. I aske them to stop by my house next, best decision I could have made. Not only did they help me fast , efficiently, they followed my instructions. I ended up hiring them to rebuild my entire downstairs including a kitchen. Ian showed knowledge and craftmanship well beyond his years, and i'm glad we met . A year later I had him redo my upstairs . He did Beautiful hardwood floors , new doors, and carpentry,and remodeling. You will not be dissapointed.

Laminate Wood or Stone Flooring - Install
Ian and his team did a great job restoring a living room hard wood floor that was covered with carpeting and replacing a carpeted Den floor with Vinyl. They worked quickly and cleanly,carefully showing great respect for my newly painted and finished Den and Living room walls. Ian was extremely helpful in making suggestions to us about best materials and best methods of doing the complete job. We were very pleased with the quality of their work and would definitely hire them again for other projects.

We contacted Flawless Floors and spoke to the proprietor, Ian Wylie. We were more than satisfied with his professional attitude. He was always courteous and on time. His workers did a terrific job under his guidance. I highly recommend anyone needing any flooring done, whether it be hardwood installation or tile installation, to definitely call Flawless Floors if they want a competent job done at a very reasonable cost.

Ian and Crew have been fantastic. They gut renovated an office space and transformed it an a lofted space for my kids. Ladders and desks are flawlessly integrated in the design of the loft beds. It's a huge structure, and feels very solid. The design is modern but at the same time rustic industrial - exactly what I was envisioning. Glad I hired them.

Ian was a pleasure to work with. He and his team handled themselves very professionally. Ian was able to quickly come to my house to give me a quote, which was reasonable and was able to schedule the work in a very fair timeline. When it came time for the work, they were respectful and very polite. They respected the fact that this was someones home which I think is very important...Their work was very clean and they took the time to make sure the floor was installed meticulously and made sure all my furniture was back to normal before leaving. I'd highly recommend using Flawless Floors Kitchens N More for any of you construction projects.

Ian & crew were wonderful. They did a fantastic job rebuilding our stairs, refinishing our floors & painting the entire interior of the upper level. He even installed a hood over our new stove. We love our new floors and receive compliments about them by our guests all the time! I obtained the referral for this company from home advisor. Ian was quick to call me back the same day the request was made. Our projected included renovating the lower level of our home. This included removing the carpet and replacing with a tile flooring and installing a patio door. The price he quoted for the project was fair and reasonable. We gave him an overall 4.5 because he went over the estimated time he projected to complete the project.
