Kelly is kind, cooperative and very talented. She listened when we discussed what I wanted prospective buyers to feel as they walked through our condo. She listened when I told her certain artwork or decor items meant something to me. And finally she listened when I said my vision and the decorating tools to express it had reached a pause and I needed her help. Kelly and Brett make an outstanding team on the half days they come to a property to stage and make her ideas for my space come to life. They make certain pictures are hung securely, the places decor items are put on are carefully dusted as are the items and that windows facing our incomparable view were cleaner than they ever had been. Our 2210 sq ft condo facing Boca Ciega Bay was a challenge to stage. We owned this condo for over 22 years making many memories here and accumulating books, artwork, photos and all the necessary items for entertaining. Kelly worked with what we had and the items she bought with us in mind. That was important to me because so many memories are captured by all the items we have. Kelly somehow managed to use our items in ways which highlighted them in a fresh, new way. She is so skillful and so talented. If ratings allowed ten stars I would have used that rating for Flawlessly Furnished represented by Kelly. I was impressed she chose a wonderful organizing tool with software which was easy to use as a client.
