Flax Appraisals is a full service appraisal company with statewide coverage in Connecticut and New Jersey as well as select counties in southeastern New York. We believe in keeping the lines of communication open which allows for the highest degree of customer service. We pride ourselves on keeping you informed with updates throughout the entire appraisal process from accepting the job and scheduling the inspection to completing the report and making any revisions requests in a timely manner for both you and your client. The mortgage process is typically time sensitive and stressful for many so we have found that with excellent communication the appraisal process can be one step that does not add to the stress or delays the process.
