We hired Fleming Construction Services (FCS) to repair/replace the retaining wall at our house and Iâ m glad we trusted them with this project. Shayne (Owner) and Brendan (Operator) were awesome to work with and conducted themselves professionally throughout the entire process, from the initial proposal all the way through the completion of the project. Itâ s clear that they are passionate about their craft and that quality is a high priority to them - at no point did I feel like they rushed or cut corners which gave me huge peace of mind. This was a very important project for us because our retaining wall is the first thing you see when pulling up to our house. More importantly, the wall also keeps our front yard level (our house is on a hill) and keeps the septic tank where it belongs - which would be a huge expense it that gave away. Our old wall was failing and it was clear that we needed to replace it right away. FCS was able to accommodate our budget, while also completing the project a week before the initially proposed timeline. I highly recommend FCS and will definitely be hiring them again for any future projects we need their expertise with!

Tom and team did a great job preparing my backyard for my new shed. They were very professional, communicated with me throughout the project and left the yard looking great. I would definitely use them again.

Thomas Fleming Co. followed up on a foundation repair done by another company in 2014. 4 years later, it began leaking again. The previous contractor was less than responsive, came 7 weeks after I contacted him, made a quick repair and left. Still leaking the next day when it rained and he told me to wait for several rainstorms since the material interacts with the rain and will seal up? Waited thru 5 rains over 3 weeks with no change. Said he could not get here for another 3 weeks, likely due to his distance from the Cape. I wish I had discovered the Fleming Co in 2014. Tom came right away, was very pleasant and informative, assessed the problem and provided a proposal involving the interior and exterior surfaces. They returned several days later, made thorough repairs, left the job site in immaculate condition and solved the problem. Price was very reasonable for the amount of work done. Strongly recommend this company.
