Fleur de lis home remodel LLC - Kreu Facebook

I hired this company because they had already renovated the guest bathroom in the house I had just bought. The extra sink countertop was in the garage. The first problem was they left the old sink countertop and vanity in the garage. I had to ask them to come remove it. Prior to me moving into the home, the toilet had suddenly developed a large crack in the side and a leak from the base that he initially denied had occurred during the process of removing the bathtub and placing a walk in shower. They did replace the toilet but I had to pay for the rusted flange which was $250, more than the toilet cost. The shower handle was not placed correctly, the shower floor did not drain at all. They left dirty rags on the bathroom floor, left the old toilet in my bedroom, and left the new toilet tank lid and seat on my bedroom floor. At this point he said the job was completed. I had to call them to come back to fix the shower handle. To remove the toilet. And he said they would fix the floor but when I offered 2 separate days for someone to return, no one showed up. I hired another contractor to fix the floor and asked for a partial refund. He said he would only give me a fraction of the cost as he could have repaired the floor free of charge but my work schedule was not flexible with their schedule. I moved into my house in October 2020. I contacted him the day before I moved in about the broken toilet and leak. Contacted him again later about the shower handle and shower floor, leftover toilet. Contacted him again about the shower floor. And then the last time was regarding a partial refund. The most recent time was Jan. 4 2021. I have not heard from him since then.

We hired Fleur De Lis Hope Remodel to build steps in our backyard and to remove and install a new wooden. Their work was incredible. Donny was very responsive and easy to work with. Prices were great. They made this experience very easy. I am looking to hire them for additional work at my house. Canâ  t recommend enough!

They did a fantastic job building brick steps on both the front and back porches! Installed wrought iron railings on both steps and the front porch. They were here when they said they would. Just an overall professional company. We are going to get them to do some other projects in the near future!

Very professional, efficient, and understanding. Were very detailed and informative regarding the task performed.

Extremely satisfied with company and cost of project for the cedar fence installation. Owner is very reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. All of the employees were exceptional workers. Will definitely use them for many future home renovations!

Fleur De Lis Home Remodel LLC removed engineered wood flooring that was glued down throughout 90% of my home. They laid down new vinyl flooring all while maintaining professionalism and keeping everything as clean as possible considering the job they had to do. I definitely will use them again if needed.

Had them remove brick arches on my front windows and doorway plus patch holes in the brick where I had removed lights and intercom systems in brick walls. Did a great job.

I purchased a new home and the home needed a fence put up. The house also had a deck on the lake it sits on. The railing on the deck was a deathtrap to my kids. Donny and his crew came and installed a beautiful, far more safe, railing on my deck, as well a fence surrounding the property. Donny and his crew also installed five TV's with no wires visible. That included a 75in TV that needed to be specifically rigged to fit the space where it was eventually mounted. Then I noticed the interior railings on my stairs and second floor loft were DANGEROUSLY unstable. Again, Donny and his crew were able to fix it with no problem. Fleur De Lis employs some very talented people, specifically a carpenter and electrician. Everyone was extremely professional and prompt in their work. I have more work lined up with Fleur De Lis in the future

Very prompt, professional and friendly service. I highly recommend their team and plan to use them again for many other projects.

Mike was very polite. He explained everything he was doing and needed to be done for the sewage line to work properly. Additional work was required and he was willing to come out the next day to finish the work. Mike was flexible to come out a day prior than originally scheduled.

Very professional and takes all the worry out of the homeowner. Very honest and straightforward.

Very professional went above and beyond what was asked of them to fix problems left by others to ensure that we would not have any issues when the job was complete

I have hired contractors in the past that have been less than truthful. Fluer de Lis Home Remodel is the most honest and trustworthy contractor I have ever had the pleasure (yes I said pleasure) to work with. They are very customer service oriented before, during and after the work is complete. I would say you won t be Unhappy with this company and it s owners. Very competitive pricing too.

I've recommended this company to friends and family for any future projects they may have. Not only that but I live out of state and yet i feel as if I'm right there that's just how well informed I am about every step they are making.

They worked quickly for a very fair price, and I could not be happier with our new driveway. Would recommend them to anyone who will listen.

Professional, friendly, and price competitive. Plan to hire them for future jobs.

Quick response, the jobs were finished on time. The workers cleaned up afterwards, and were easy to work with.

So I want to let anyone interested in getting work done by Fleur De Lis Construction that they are in good hands. The owner Donnie Broussard is a honest man who takes the time to get the job right. Donnie and his crew is punctual and work diligently. I had my garage converted into a bedroom and the job is seamless. My home is 30 years old and Mr. Broussard went to many different brick yards to match the brick and refused to settle for anything less than a perfect match. The room is actually the best room in my house. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Fleur De Lis Construction.
