FlexDrain Solutions responded immediately to my request for service. I needed a second opinion and Jordan had the expertise needed to solve our water issue. He was punctual and professional but most of all friendly and able to explain the pipe situation clearly in the initial visit. His experience and knowledge base gave us confidence. He and a team returned to do the work and I was able to use my washer by the end of the day. I highly recommend Jordan and FlexDrain if you have an older home!

"Sorry, you felt it was too expensive. We gave you upfront pricing before we did any work and you agreed. We opened your drain and We camera the line to see what was going on. We also gave you an estimate for hydro jetting so you would not back up again but you decided not to do it."

Explained the issue and they went right away to fix it - no experiments to figure out what it was. It was clear they knew what they were doing and the solution (roots in pipe issue under the house). Very professional. Quick. Reasonable.

Overall they did a good job installing my new toilet, but they left my old toilet and packaging on my front lawn near the street. I?m text communications I was told that Jordan would come back to pick it up but 24 hours later it?s still out there.

Drain Line Breakage Camera Locate
Brian answered his phone or returned my calls within minutes every time. The field tech Jordan was polite and knowledgeable, answering all my questions (even the stupid ones). The job branched into a toilet replacement; they didn't mark up the price on my equipment for the job, and cleaned up well afterwards. The work went so well that I called them right back for a total re-pipe of my sewer line to clear the way to dig a swimming pool. Once again, I was very pleased with their communication and invoicing procedures. They were responsive to my requests about routing the pipe where I wanted it and I look forward to a smooth experience with the final dig. I have been wanting to find a plumbing company I can talk to and trust, and I believe that I have found them with Flex-Drain.
