Mike and Quan from the Charlotte FLEX team delivered an outstanding moving experience, even with the challenge of moving my items to a 3rd floor highly secure, storage unit. They handled the load of my entire home with care, efficiency, and professionalism. Communication was detailed and informative as well. They were exceptional from start to finish. They moved quickly without cutting corners, treated my belongings like their own, and seamed to be without stress through the entire process.
