Flex Moving & Storage

My family and I have moved 10 times in the last 20 years and this was by far the worst moving experience we have ever had. Flex is not a moving company. They are a technology platform that connects semi-professional movers to people that are looking to relocate. The personnel assigned to our move were actually junk-haulers (similar to 1-800-GOT-JUNK) who also happen to be movers on their off days not hauling junk. Unfortunately, they packed like they hauled junk. I paid for the "premium" inclusive of packing materials, but the crews showed up without packing material. Many items were broken, lost or damaged in the move. The teams showed up slightly late, not too big of a deal, but they also showed up with the incorrect size of trailers. This meant they took an additional 2 hours sorting out trailers before they could even start working. The crew was cut off before they could finish and left me with 3 unpacked rooms. I had to hire my own U-Haul and crew to sort out the remainder.

Guys worked hard showed up on time. But Flex does not provide straps or moving pads so you items just bounce around back of long trailer. Several of our items were damage and they broke the foot off dresser that ruined it we filed claim and flex only offer $190 there prices are cheap but so is there service

Had some issues with scheduling but everything worked out well. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional.

Significantly over charged for additional hours above actual time of move. Still waiting on a response to my formal complaint

Zach and Damian were awesome and worked through the rain quickly and efficiently making sure that everything we needed loaded or packed was.

Diego and Zach did an excellent job with moving my heavy items. They made quick and efficient work of my move and saved me a huge headache. I recommend flex moving to anyone who need a professional move and great customer service.
