Flex Moving & Storage

This was my worst experience ever. I am 70 and live alone, I had to move and trusted the fake reviews. Besides not showing up until 12:00 when I was told 9 they did nothing but talk for the first hour or so. Then it became move a piece talk for half an hour. Weather called for late showers which should not have been a problem. They put my couch on the bed of the pickup truck. When we left the house I was in I arrived at my house 2 hours before them, it is a 1 hour drive. The couch arrived soaking wet, it was electric recline, the parts are missing. Then they call me to the trailer, one of my dressers was a pile of broken wood. The second dresser was destroyed when 1 of then said I bet you $10 you can't carry that in by yourself, he did then he slammed it on the floor destroying dresser and scratching floor in my brand new house. I had a very expensive dining room set that they scratches and scarred. In a closet where they put my safe they gouged a big hole in my new floor.

I had a mixed experience with Flex. They were able to get the job done eventually, but they showed up at 10:15 for an 8:00 am move, with no ETA or call to say they would be late. Customer service didn?t provide any real info, they just promised the movers would provide an ETA (which they never did, although they did show up eventually). I get that delays happen, it?s just bad to not give the customer any update, and bad that customer service doesn?t have access to info about where the movers are. The movers seemed a bit lethargic, although they got the job eventually. Some minor scuffing on the furniture and walls. Understandable but not ideal.

Made my move easy and stress free

They were extremely professional and expediant. We had some very heavy furniture to move and they were able to coordinate to get it done with speed and great service. We worked with Marcus, Kionta, and Thomas. They were incredibly pleasant to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a moving service!

Wayne & eric Both best and hard worker and Wayne is more experienced and familiar that doesn’t mean Eric is not good he is good too .
